I have been going to the location in West Palm Beach for a year now, and the extended drive from home to the shop has always been well worth the experience. During my last trip, Billy and the staff made it especially rewarding as their service to my vehicle and kindness to my little girls as we waited made it even better. I have never experienced service in an automotive setting that rivals what the staff do for their customers at the WPB location. They are doing great work!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I have followed Jeremy Grantlin everywhere he has gone. From the store way out on Okeechobee. And now to this store #8 (WPB). Jeremy is an excellent employee. He is kind, very helpful. Has always taken care of my needs as well as my family who I recommended him too. You can not keep bouncing him around like a yo-yo from store to store. If he leaves this store you (company) will loose allot of clients especially from my side of the family. I will not go anywhere else but to him, I trust him with my vehicle. You don't understand he has allot of clients that only want him and you should be proud to have someone in your organization that is a hard worker and shows allot of dedication from his part. Before he became a store manager at (WPB) the location that he was at which is the Okeechobee store, that man would work hard everyday. He is the face I would see in the morning and still saw his face in the afternoon(depending how long it took to finish my car). I use to always ask him, "don't you ever take a day off"? With the economy the way it is you can not afford to change him around. I have seen people walking in and I also here when the phone calls come in and its always for him. He brings you the customers and makes money for your company. Don't loose that!!! Again don't transfer him he is a very special individual and most important he is HONEST!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how incredible the guys are at the Stuart Tire Choice. Today I was on my way to take my car in for a service when I got a flat tire. I called ADAM and he sent out DANIEL immediately, who arrived with a smile to change my tire and have me follow him back to The Tire Choice in Stuart. I was so well taken care of - saved money, tires sorted out and felt so happy after the experience. They are true examples of outstanding service! I have been a very satisfied customer with Tire Choice for several years. The staff is friendly and professional. I have no complaints. The Service Manager Mark, I call him Marky-Poo (smile) have save me allot of money, and has helped me when I needed major jobs done on my vehicle. I have to say when he sees me coming towards the door he tries to hide, but I know it's all in fun, because I tell him, "You can run, but you can't hide". I arrived in Naples 2 years ago with some damage under my car. When I got back to the store after dropping my car off the mechanic Jason wanted to take me and show me the problems before he fixed it. He had really good customer service skills. I now live in Marco Island but still come to this store even for oil changes. The management Scott Biery and Andrew have been some of the best customer service people I have ever encountered. I completely trust this store and its management and staff. They are the most honest, friendly and professional team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Andrew is the manager who I have dealt with the most and the man is worth ten times his weight in gold. If anything goes wrong both Scott and Andrew take care of it without question. Kudos to them.

I would really like to let you know that Raul from Store 0032 went above and beyond his duties in helping me with a major problem and concerns that I was experiencing when something went wrong right after having my oil changed at this facility. He helped in calming the whole situation, and continued to help me with any questions. He worked overtime coming directly to my home to make sure that he and associates were not at fault. He had also stated that Tire Choice stands behind everything that is completed by them. This was very comforting for me to hear. I will be sending as many people to this facility as possible. It was the first time I visited this location and I came in to get an oil change Mark the manage on duty was very honest and told me the time it would take to do my oil change on my car. Running late I was getting ready to leave my car there. Soon after Mark checked on my car and it took less then the time he said it would be. I was happy and I asked him "You said it would take an Hour." Mark said I like to be honest with my customer. That won me over, there are not many repair shops where one can find a honest person to win them over. Mark Connell did that. I will seen more friends and families of mind to this location. Honesty paid off.

I have been having my Buick serviced by The Tire Choice at Gladiolus Dr, Ft. Myers and when some sort of fluid was leaking in my driveway-I had my car towed to that location. Joe first called me and said that my cooling system was old and leaking. He would call me back with estimate. Lucas called back and told me my radiator (which was only 2 1/2 years old was full of gunk and that my coolant system needed replaced. This was at 10 am Saturday morning. He called back later around 4 and said I also needed new tires (which I knew). $1964.00 later, I drove my car home. Just this past weekend, I drove her 90 miles to Sarasota and back and she ran great. I took her back in just this afternoon to make sure all the sludge was out of her, (per Lucas's instructions) and his team ran coolant thru her and Lucas said it was clean. I was treated with respect and I am trusting on Lucas and Joe to take care of my car, every 3000 miles. I need my car and she has 123,000 miles on her and affording a new car these days, is not an option. I am glad to have found Lucas and Joe and The Tire Choice to take care of my Buick.

Dear Sirs, 7/03/09 I would just like to acknowledge, your outstanding employee, Jim Cropper, the Store Manager, at the North Port, Fl. store #25. Jim, saw I had a newborn, and a six year to watch and hold, at 7am, waiting for a new tire. And a Dr. appt at 8:30am. A women came in a few minutes before me, with a van that needed 4 tires. He said it would be at least an hour wait. I think he acknowledged my sigh. I had to walk with the baby and 6 yr. old to the bank next door, to get cash to pay for the tire, when it started to pour down rain. I think Jim felt sorry for me. So he bummed up my car to go 1st, before the van, which made my car ready before 8am. Which meant I could get to my Dr. appt at 8:30am, and a 9:30am appt in a town 30 min. away. He has no idea how nice and thoughtful that was for me and my day. I am sooo appreciative. And wish there were more employees like him everywhere. Tire Choice has my future business and I will get the word out to everyone I know in North Port (and I know a lot of people) to go there for their tires. Be sure to compliment Jim and give him a raise, if possible! Thank you!

I was driving home to Tampa from Ft Myers and experienced an issue with a plastic protective cvr under my car dragging the pavement. I was just outside of North Port on I75 so I called a colleague in the area who referred me to the North Port location. When I arrived, Jim Cropper and Ralf Lipps assisted me. They knew I was under a timeframe to get back home and took care of the issue right away. Ralf even gave me cleaner to clean my hands with because they were all full of grease and dirt when I tried to remove the part myself on the side of I-75. They put my car on the lift, showed me what happened, were able to remove the part and place it in my trunk and I was on my way. I am in the retail business working for AT&T for 19 years. I teach my managers and employees about "wowing the customer", creating a memorable experience and setting us apart from our competition. You must know that your Managers of the North Port location are doing just that. While I do not have a Tire Choice close to my house, I will visit your location in Tampa and make it a point to purchase my tires from them in the future. I am so thankful for the quick and reliable service Ralf and Jim were able to provide me. Please take the time to recognize their efforts as you never know who might be your next customer! The facility was clean and neat throughout including the work area. 2006...Naples store on Immokalee...Lucus the store mgr...tires etc...very pleased...2008. 2 more new tires and lower lever control "thing" Lucus...ester store...lucus a/c adjustment and Lucus in the gladiolus store for a much needed tune up I am very satisfied with the salesmanship, professionalism and what I believe to be "honesty" the staffs ability to make one feel more at ease!!!sort of shrink meets a weary auto owner...Lucus and his staff wherever he is has treated me kindly and that is why I follow him.

I came to Tire Choice this afternoon for an oil change (first time). Even though I had to wait a while I was very pleased with the service I received. Andrew Deaton was the gentleman who helped me. He was very friendly, informative and efficient. Poor guy looked like he was running the place alone as he was running the phones, the computer and taking customers all at the same time. When it came time to pick up my car, he informed me of all the extra things he recommended (windshield blade, new tires etc) but wasn't pushy like most oil change places are. I really appreciated that! So thank you.

Management, I just wanted to tell you about the great customer experience I had at Store # 8 in WPB, FL. Billy Cornelius is absolutely fantastic and a true professional at his trade. Over a month ago, I walked into the store to price four new soles (Michelin tires) for my 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. He was very courteous and patient as he listened to my demands on only going with Michelins as well as me considering my upgrade from 17in to 18in tires along with new wheels. He concluded that he would work me out a deal for them when I was ready and to give him a call. Also, he was thoughtful enough to take my information name, number and request so he would remember me and from time to time he would call me to see if were ready to do business. During my contemplation period, I would stop in to see him and consult with him on the possible tires I was considering and he was consistent in his approach. He could not have been more tactful either in person or over the phone. This cemented my choice to do business with Billy and put his promise to the test. I had ordered my wheels and had them delivered to the shop which he secured them in the front of the store behind his desk. In addition, I purchased four brand new Michelin tires along with added value products (injector, power steering, & K&N filters) that would make my vehicle perform better from him. Overall, Billy more than delivered on his promise and he now has a customer for life. I have another Mercedes which I will have serviced and guess who will I go to? BILLY. Remember in these times, your most valued asset is your workforce and Billy is a diamond in the rough that shines through with integrity and honesty.

I purchased some tires in my hometown in North Georgia. Along with the purchase of the tires came a coast to coast service warranty. On the way to Tampa, FL there was a major balancing issue. The Tire Choice store #35 is a participant in the coast to coast warranty. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone named J.C. He indicated he was very willing to help. I came in the next day and he moved me to the head of the line to get my tires rebalanced. The tech that did the work balanced the tires perfectly and we had a very smooth ride on the 500 mile trip home. It was a great experience and I thank J.C. and the person who did the work on our tires.

I wanted to take the time, this evening, to do something I have never done before. This afternoon, I had to visit your store #15 in Boynton Beach because one of the tires I had purchased this past December had developed a slow leak. One of the employees found a nail in one of the front tires and the task to repair the tire fell upon a tire tech that provided me with the very best service I have ever received. This gentleman, not only repaired the tire, right away, but he also inspected the other 3 tires. In so doing, he discovered the balancing weights on the opposite front tire was not correct and asked if I felt any vibration. I stated that I did and he promptly offered to properly balance that tire. Needless to say, I was very impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. His name is: JARROD MEDINA and I believe he should be commended for his attentiveness and superior customer service. This is very rare in South Florida and I have not found this in the nearly 9 years I have lived down here. I will remember Jarrod and will ask specifically for him the next time I visit that store. Jarrod is truly what excellent customer service is about. By the way, I am 59 years old and have lived in more than a dozen states.

I went to the Ft Myers - Rolfes Road location for a stud replacement and it ended up taking longer than anticipated when the bearing broke (not the fault of the mechanic). The store manager and mechanic both stayed well past closing to fix the issue, so I didn't have to come back the next day. They were great and I will definitely be a lifelong customer!!! They truly care about the customer and will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. I would never go anywhere else! Thanks!

I felt the need to compliment the staff at my local Tire Choice. This was the most pleasant experience. I was really dreading having to spend the day getting tires replaced but the reps at Tire Choice, Jim Foster and Paul Vilte, were both welcoming and helpful. At first I thought I was at the wrong place! But with Dan Marino's help, I realized that I was at the right place! I wasn't happy with the tires that I asked for(not that I knew the tires, but the tirerack website recommended them for my car), and Dan was the one who helped me to find the right tire! I wish to compliment Clint Blakey for the exceptional customer service I received recently for two cars that I brought in for servicing. The first car was my daughter's who is attending Naval Officer Candidate School and will be taking the car back with her to Newport RI. Excellent service in evaluating what it needed. For my personal vehicle, Mercury Mountaineer, I needed new tires. Clint and the team caught that I needed an alignment and it could be seen in the old tires that it was needed. The tires recommended by Clint I went with the mid-price option ... regrettably the Yokohama Tires did not perform properly (loud highway noise). Without any hesitation Clint provided an option and the tires were replaced ... no questions asked and the Bridgestone's are excellent. Also, almost forgot ... the reason I found Tire Choice was through a recommendation of a competitor as I wanted nitrogen in my tires. Being from Colorado I am familiar with the benefits ... WOW! What a store with great knowledgeable help you have. I came in on a weekend when they getting ready to close with an old tire quote from March. They did not rush me, they made sure I got the tires I wanted & the tires would be the best choice for my Miata. The service I got was like the good old days....and this was quitting time!!!! And they let me add an oil change & did not get grumpy. They made sure all my needs were met. Raymond & Raoul were unbelievable. What great young men you have working for you. You just don't get customer service like this in today's day & age. And it's not like I was a spring chicken you know, I was an older woman & their service was outstanding. Way to go Raymond & Raoul. Sorry it took me so long to say how great your store & service are:-) Thank you.

What an awesome experience! We have a very close personal friend that works at Firestone and we went to Tire Choice because they had the best priced alignment. Initially, I spoke over the phone with employee Gary Nanton who was professional and helpful with my desire to price affordable tires. Mr. Nanton was patient and thorough. As a result of Mr. Nanton's assistance, I purchased a set of four ultra high performance tires for my Mini Cooper S Clubman. The service crew conducted the work in a timely manner. It was the best $1000 I have spent in a long time. The Tire Choice was the right choice because employee Gary Nanton provided outstanding customer service. OVERALL, the store #10 team is a good cohesive group of employees that management should be proud of.

Recently purchased 4 Firestone tires for my SSR. Pete at the New Port Richey store couldn`t have helped me any better. He found the right size tires (19 front, 20 rear) . Mounted and show balanced by Jason, who took extra care on my chrome rims. Over all a great experience, would recommend them to all.

I just purchased a full set of Nitto Terra Grapplers last Friday (26th) and I couldn't be happier with my tires and with the professionalism I received at The Tire Choice here in Fort Myers. Both Jorge Blanco and Jorge Amador were very professional and they have excellent knowledge of their products. I would recommend anyone I know to The Tire Choice in Fort Myers on Rolfes Road. It's nice to finally be able to go to a local tire shop with friendly staff, great prices and great service without having to worry about being mislead.

I must say I am very  pleased with the service I had today at Tire Choice!! The guy that helped me, his name was Scott and he was very helpful. Not only did I get a great deal on 20inch tires but he inflated my tires with nitrogen instead of regular air. My car has never road better!!The Tire Choice he recommended and the nitro fill 2gether was a must have 4 my low profile performance tires, its like I have a different car. You wouldn't think it makes that much of a difference but it does ..The customer service was real professional and friendly, the guys that worked on my car took care of my nice rims and while the put the tires on, mine u the this type of tire is not easy to mount. All this great service and the guys worked on it after closing because I brought it in 30 minutes b4 closing..I recommend taking tire problems to these guys, and ask 4 Scott tell him Curtis with the white all-time sent you:)

I have dealt with this store several times in the past for my wife's car. I have always had good, pleasant, and efficient service(from Nicco). This time I went to get a set of tires for my car. Kevin Dorman took care of me. I received good, courteous service and a good price. Unfortunately, a problem arose after the tire installation which could not be resolved at the store. My tire monitor gauges would not reset, and Kevin found out that the car had to be returned to the dealer. I found this to be quite inconvenient and I made this known. Kevin took my car to the dealer and had the monitor reset. I would like to commend Kevin for his service beyond the norm. My complaint lies with Infiniti, not Tire Choice, for causing this situation. However, I think that Tire Choice should send a bulletin to all stores informing them that the Infiniti tire monitors cannot be reset anywhere except the dealer. The customer and your service techs would then know up front that this extra step has to occur. Again, Kevin is a great representative for your company, and you should be aware of this.

I visited the Westchase location this past week. My intent was to purchase my tires through tirerack.com and have them delivered to the store for installation. I wanted to save money. Manager Chuck Crosby suggested I buy the tires directly through him instead. He assured me he would match tire rack's price which he did. My intention was to have my vehicle aligned at my dealer since I have often experienced incorrect alignments with tire retailers. Not only was my vehicle aligned properly, but Chuck negotiated a fair price on the alignment because he knew I was trying to save money. I never heard about The Tire Choice until I visited tire rack's website. When I visited, I thought The Tire Choice's selection was incredible! I've never been to a tire retailer that had such a diverse selection of tires. I'm glad I found The Tire Choice!

Excellent experience. I recently bought 4 Bridgestone tires at the local Tire Choice. Via phone, I had provided incorrect information about my Lexus SUV tire size, and Tire Choice had ordered the incorrect tire. When my error was discovered, the staff was very helpful and obtained the correct tires the next morning and installed the tires before 9:00 A.M.. Especially helpful via phone was Shawn, and it was Bobby Addino who really spent time assuring good customer service when my error was discovered. Thank you to Shawn and Bobby.

This was my second time there at the store. He talked to me as if he known me for years. He makes my visits when I know he is there.. job well done Andrew!!!!

My visit to your Stuart location was the most stellar example of customer service I have ever experienced. While visiting friends, I needed an oil change and was referred to the store in Stuart. After filling out a credit application, your staff noted that I was from out of town and I stated I was visiting with plans to leave approximately 24 hours later with a 9 hour drive ahead of me. I only requested an oil change; however, your store manager, Adam, and the staff, being aware of my trip, took the time to check out my truck and advised me of 2 issues that could potentially have given me trouble on my trip. They clearly explained to me my options and gave me sound advice. They truly cared and were not just giving me a sales pitch. I have never seen such personalized service or attention to detail. The store seemed rather busy, but everyone was treated with the same attention. I do not know if you have other long distance customers, but you have one now. My activities and interests will have me traveling the SE, including your area, within the next year and I will make sure to stop by the store again!!!!! PS - My trip was smooth and I made it to my destination safely.

I have been very pleased with the service and quality of work that I have received at The Tire Choice on Gladiolus in Fort Myers. I have been having my sons car worked on there for three years. They have done tires, A/C, water pump, hub bearing, idler arms and I can't remember what else. He drives a car with over 200k miles on it and they have kept it running. Jorge has also gone out of his way numerous times to get things done for us. We appreciate the good employees that you have at the Gladiolus Fort Myers location. Thank You!

My wonderful experience with this store has been for a few years (ever since they became Tire Choice from the previous company). I use this store for everything...oil change, tires, upkeep on my vehicle, and car trouble that I may have. All of your employees at this store know me by name and make me (and others) feel welcome and part of an "auto family"! Not having any family here in Florida that I can call when I have car trouble, they (especially Pete Faltraco) look after my well-being in making sure my car runs smoothly since I work in downtown Tampa and have a daily 70-mile commute. I trust them with everything that my car needs. Thank you for having such caring people!

Just bought an '03 Grand Prix GT. I needed new tires for the car so I called a few places and decided to go to Tire Choice. Walked in about an hour before the stored closed on Sunday and was greeted by Rick Jette. He helped me get 4 new tires instead of 2, like I had planned and turned out could not afford, as well as the 3 year rotation and alignment and $10 oil changes by signing me up for the credit card. I came back to have my oil changed, which he gladly comped in honor of my new car. The mechanic, who I didn't get to formally meet, was faster than anyone I'd ever seen. I know it doesn't take long to change oil or tires, but he did an amazing job. Car is now running better than before. Tires and an oil change, when done properly, really do a car good. I look forward to needing more work done on my car. lol

I have been going to Tire Choice for at least the past 5 years and I have never had a complaint. Just recently I went in for my routine oil change and Rick Jette called and genuinely sounded concerned for my safety because all 4 tires seemed like they were ready to explode. When I arrived to the store he took the time to show me the horrible conditions that my tires were in. Being that I'm a full time college student Rick was so helpful and assisted me in finding the most convenient price for new tires. In addition, he offered to sign me up for the credit card which allowed me to pay back with no interest for the next 6 months!!! Man, was that a relief! He took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on the benefits of becoming a VIP member. To top it off, he noticed that my birthday had just passed and he gave me a complimentary oil change for my birthday. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service than this. Tire Choice of Tamarac will forever remain my number 1 choice!

The service I experienced at store #3054, with the manager JC Caraballo was outstanding. I was having some issues with my truck, and JC told me he would look at it and take care of me. He discovered I needed tires and some alignment, but also was able to get me a credit card through Tire Choice which really helped me out. That's the kind of service and respect that I should have at every place I go, but sadly its not. I have no problems telling others that if they have any issues, to go and see JC and his team at Tire Choice. What a relief to know that he is in my back yard. Great Job!

They repaired, at no cost, a part that other shops told me would cost a bundle to fix or replace. I assume Tire Choice made some minor adjustments to fix the problem instead of finding ways to "fix" something that didn't exist--and charge for it. These are honest people and great mechanics!

The service was quick and easy. I thought it was going to take two days to fix my car, but it was done in less than 24 hours. The store manager, Rick Jette, was very nice, knew what he was talking about, showed he cared about his costumers. I've been to other car repair shops, but I have to say this is one of the best one I have gone to, and I will definitely go there again if my car ever has a problem again.

After numerous visits to this location, whether it be for a set of tires, an oil change, or perhaps I have decided put a lower set of springs on my vehicle; Andrew and Scott have provided me with the upmost exceptional service. I have learned new things about my car that I never would've suspected. I'm 20 years old, the last thing I'm thinking about is if I need a new axel in a 3 year old car. Yesterday, Sunday, while returning to Miami with my car club on I-75 near Naples, my vintage '66 baby threw a belt. We managed to limp the car to the Estero dealer, Anthony Crespo, 5 minutes before they closed. Since they didn't have the belt available one of our club members went to the auto parts store Anthony directed him to. Anthony and his fabulous mechanic, Cristobal Ornelas,stayed open and put the belt on as soon as we got it. They did this very graciously and with a smile--I'm sure they would have loved to go home to their families but instead were helping a stranger in a predicament. I really appreciate them for going way out of their way to assist me. If they had not, I would have had to spend the night away from home and would have missed work today. Thank you for having such fabulous employees!

People work here are very friendly and nice enough to explain what is wrong with my car and to show the damaged part to you. The labor fee is very reasonable and if you are VIP customer, you can get 10% discount of total cost. I actually compared the price quote from Tire Choice and the other place to replace the timing belt for my old 98 Camry. They offered much better price and the outcome is excellent. they are very responsible for their work as well and keep up with you the appointment and the process while they work. I am very satisfied with their work because I don't know much about a car. I get knowledge and helps from my guy friends who know cars much better than me. They weren't against my decision to let Tire Choice take care of my car. I was so frustrated with my car when it was out of order, but now it runs very well and I guess it will be ok for a while. Oh, The store on Bruce B. Downs has very large, clean waiting room with free coffee. I appreciated that room I was able to be comfortable while I was waiting for my car running back.

After my warranty ran out, I needed to find a mechanic that would take care of my car, who was honest, trust worthy and give me a good price. I tried Midas(once) and Tuffy(a few times) till I stumbled onto my first Tire Choice for tires over a year ago and haven't left. I have met lots of Tire Choice employees, but Lukas is GREAT! He makes me comfortable leaving my baby(car :))in your company's hands. Honest and trusting are two of the top two words of many that I would use to describe him. A few months back during an oil change, I had mentioned that I was traveling back to Michigan for vacation and the first thing he said was "bring it back before you leave and we will check it over and make sure it's in good shape" and today I did that and it passed with flying colors (other than oil change with ever-wear oil system cleaner(which he recommended) & power steering flush)and I left there knowing and feeling that I received the BEST service not only from Lukas but his mechanics that worked on my car. My roommate is now a loyal customer at store #28 because of my experiences. That's why she and myself will be lifetime customers at Tire Choice. Thank You Lukas and store #28! :)
