We have been living in Bonita Springs for the last 7 years and going to Tire Choice for that amount of time. All of the people that we have encounted at T. C. have been courtesy, honest and very professional. The group now there are very proficient. I have a Cadillac and I had a few problems with vibrations. They found the problems and fixed it; which I am forever thankful. My wife has a BMW Z-4 and also has it serviced there. Thanks again to the guys at store #14 for there conscientious work.

Keith and Jeff were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. They corrected my problem and offered suggestions on things my vehicle will need in the near future. This facility was highly recommended to me and I will highly recommend to others!

Late Friday night I noticed a screw embedded in my tire,causing a thumping noise. I was driving home and stopped at the Tire Choice Store (N. Dale Mabry)about the time they were closing. Josue, the Service Manager, looked at the tire with his Tech Hector. I explained that my daughter and her two babies had followed me to the store and we would be back the next day. ( I feared a flat in the morning and felt better just leaving the car at the store) Josue and Hector told me they would fix it right away.I was amazed!! These gentlemen had worked a full day and were willing to help us out so late in their day.They were so caring and thoughtful.I have not had this level of great customer service in a very long time.Thanks to Josue and Hector I didn't have to stress over my tire problem, because they were thoughtful enough to take care of it immediately.Thank you ! I will always recommend your store to all my friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience and Jim was very helpful. I had shopped Tire Rack and found a good deal on some Yokahama tires. I called the store to try to streamline the process and after doing the best he could with in stock tires, offered to order the Yokahamas at the same price as Tire Rack with the shipping charge. I am happy with the tires and the service, I am about to schedule oil changes for both my vehicles with the store. I think I may have found a trustworthy neighborhood repair facility so hard to find in this area.

I own 9 high end cars. Jeremy at the Dixie Highway store is the only person that I trust to help me with my cars. He is always the most helpful, knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with. They should make this man manager as I have never worked with someone more professional and honest. I highly recommend them.
