My visit to your Stuart location was the most stellar example of customer service I have ever experienced. While visiting friends, I needed an oil change and was referred to the store in Stuart. After filling out a credit application, your staff noted that I was from out of town and I stated I was visiting with plans to leave  approximately 24 hours later with a 9 hour drive ahead of me. I only requested an oil change; however, your store  manager, Adam, and the staff, being aware of my trip, took the time to check out my truck and advised me of 2  issues that could potentially have given me trouble on my trip. They clearly explained to me my options and gave me sound advice. They truly cared and were not just giving me a sales pitch. I have never seen such personalized service or attention to detail. The store seemed rather busy, but everyone was treated with the same attention. I do not know if you have other long distance customers, but you have one now. My activities and interests will have me traveling the SE, including your area, within the next year and I will make sure to stop by the store again!!!!! PS - My trip was smooth and I made it to my destination safely.

The best tire store ever! Steve took excellent care of my 2009 Ford Fusion as I was on my way back to NY. Two new  tires filled with nitrogen! Great price and efficient service. Shawn and Robert also part of the "team" were  wonderful! Thank You all very much for a safe-worry free trip home.

"I would just like to acknowledge, your outstanding employee, Jim Cropper, the Store Manager, at the North Port, Fl. store #25. Jim, saw I had a newborn, and a six year to watch and hold, at 7am, waiting for a new tire. And a Dr. appt at 8:30am. A women came in a few minutes before me, with a van that needed 4 tires. He said it would be at least an hour wait. I think he acknowledged my sigh. I had to walk with the baby and 6 yr. old to the bank next door, to get cash to pay for the tire, when it started to
pour down rain. I think Jim felt sorry for me. So he bummed up my car to go 1st, before the van, which made my car ready before 8am. Which meant I could get to my Dr. appt at 8:30am, and a 9:30am appt in a town 30 min. away. He has no idea how nice and thoughtful that was for me and my day. I am sooo appreciative. And wish there were more employees like him everywhere. Tire Choice has my future business and I will get the word out to everyone I know in North Port (and I know a lot of people) to go there for their tires. Be sure to compliment Jim and give him a raise, if possible! Thank you, Joy Luce"

The thank you is for the service I received at your Collier Pkwy.- Land O' Lakes Fl. store. A few weeks ago I went back for the second time for tires on my 2003 Kia Spectra and found the service exceptional. I saw a friend of mine the other day and he went there as I told him about the great prices and service when he dropped me off to pick up my car- his name is Robert Martin and he was another pleased customer and said he is going back to have is brakes done soon.
