Excellent experience. I recently bought 4 Bridgestone tires at the local Tire Choice. Via phone, I had provided incorrect information about my Lexus SUV tire size, and Tire Choice had ordered the incorrect tire. When my error was discovered, the staff was very helpful and obtained the correct tires the next morning and installed the tires before 9:00 A.M.. Especially helpful via phone was Shawn, and it was Bobby Addino who really spent time assuring good customer service when my error was discovered. Thank you to Shawn and Bobby."

"I would really like to let you know that Raul from Store 0032 went above and beyond his duties in helping me with a major problem and concerns that I was experiencing when something went wrong right after having my oil changed at this facility. He helped in calming the whole situation, and continued to help me with any questions. He worked overtime coming directly to my home to make sure that he and associates were not at fault. He had also stated that Tire Choice stands behind everything that is completed by them. This was very comforting for me to hear. I will be sending as many people to this facility as possible. "This was my second visit to this specific Tire Choice in Palm Harbor. Keith Eberhardt, the Service Manager, did an outstanding job. Keith and his staff showed a genuine concern and were very professional. I had asked him to do a very thorough inspection of my wife's import/sub and to fix it as if it were his. Keith and his shop staff did just that. Great customer service and customer satisfaction. I will return. Thanks again for your professionalism and courtesy."
