Management, I just wanted to tell you about the great customer experience I had at Store # 8 in WPB, FL. Billy Cornelius is absolutely fantastic and a true professional at his trade. Over a month ago, I walked into the store  to price four new soles (Michelin tires) for my 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. He was very courteous and patient as he listened to my demands on only going with Michelins as well as me considering my upgrade from 17in to 18in tires along with new wheels. He concluded that he would work me out a deal for them when I was ready and to give him a call. Also, he was thoughtful enough to take my information name, number and request so he would remember me and from time to time he would call me to see if were ready to do business. During my contemplation period, I would stop in to see him and consult with him on the possible tires I was considering and he was consistent in his pproach. He could not have been more tactful either in person or over the phone. This cemented my choice to do business with Billy and put his promise to the test. I had ordered my wheels and had them delivered to the shop which he secured them in the front of the store behind his desk. In addition, I purchased four brand new Michelin tires along with added value products (injector, power steering, & K&N filters) that would make my vehicle perform better from him. Overall, Billy more than delivered on his promise and he now has a customer for life. I have another Mercedes which I will have serviced and guess who will I go to? BILLY. Remember in these times, your most valued asset is your workforce and Billy is a diamond in the rough that shines through with integrity and honesty.

I have been going to the location in West Palm Beach for a year now, and the extended drive from home to the shop has always been well worth the experience. During my last trip, Billy and the staff made it especially rewarding as their service to my vehicle and kindness to my little girls as we waited made it even better. I have never
experienced service in an automotive setting that rivals what the staff do for their customers at the WPB location. They are doing great work!

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I have followed Jeremy Grantlin everywhere he has gone. From the store way out on Okeechobee. And now to this store #8 (WPB). Jeremy is an excellent employee. He is kind, very helpful. Has always taken care of my needs as well as my family who I recommended him too. You can not keep bouncing him around like a yo-yo from store to store. If he leaves this store you (company) will loose allot of clients especially from my side of the family. I will not go anywhere else but to him, I trust him with my vehicle. You don't understand he has allot of clients that only want him and you should be proud to have someone in your organization that is a hard worker and shows allot of dedication from his part. Before he became a store manager at (WPB) the location that he was at which is the Okeechobee store, that man would work hard everyday. He is the face I would see in the morning and still saw his face in the afternoon(depending how long it took to finish my car). I use to always ask him, "don't you ever take a day off"? With the economy the way it is you can not afford to change him around. I have seen people walking in and I also here when the phone calls come in and its always for him. He brings you the customers and makes money for your company. Don't loose that!!! Again don't transfer him he is a very special individual and most important he is HONEST!!! Every time I visit Tire Choice Jeremy Grantlin is always very nice to me. He was great customer service he always  get me good information and feedback on my car. I truly thanks God for having someone like him at the job. Become some people would have not take the time out to explain information to me are where is the problem location. Once  thank you Jeremy Grantlin for all your help and I will be tell my friends and family about you. God bless for that  good customer service and the wonderful smile. That's how a workplace should be ran with good customer service and  someone like Jeremy who is always there to help the customers out. Thank so much.

Since moving to Florida 5 years ago, Tire Choice has performed all work on both of my vehicles. This is due in
large part to the service provided by Ben Agold at store #9.Ben is fair, responsive and very attentive to the
customer. People like him are what makes your company a cut above.
