Goodyear

Goodyear has a longstanding reputation for producing quality tires. In fact, it’s the sole tire supplier for NASCAR, which says a great deal about the performance capabilities of its products. Although he was never involved with the company in any way, the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company is actually named after Charles Goodyear – the inventor of vulcanized rubber, which made modern tire technology possible.

Goodyear Warranties

Goodyear extends two warranty types to its customers:

  • Any new Goodyear highway radial auto or radial light truck replacement tire, (excluding Unisteel radial light truck tires), will be replaced with a comparable new Goodyear tire at no charge, including mounting and balancing if it is removed from service due to a covered warranty condition during the first 2/32" of usable treadwear, or 12 months from date of purchase, whichever comes first.

  • Any new Goodyear highway auto or light truck replacement tire, (excluding radial auto, radial light truck, or Unisteel radial light truck tire), will be replaced with a comparable new Goodyear tire at no charge, including mounting and balancing, if it is removed from service due to a covered warranty condition during the first 1/32" of usable treadwear.
