Friendly, professional and upfront. AJ, Giovani and the rest of the staff there ensure that you leave satisfied. If you ever need any work on your car I highly recommend them. I have had AC work, tires patched and check engine codes diagnosed and resolved with them.
My service adviser, Rob was suffering through a bad cold yet was still courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, even though this was a small (1 tire) sale. And he found me a better tire at a lower cost.
Employees seem angry. They used to appear happy & pleasant. I brought my car once for a stearing wheel issue & was told they don't do that kind of work & i needed to take it to dealer. It didn't sound right, so i took it back in a month or so later & they fixed it. I used to always feel like I could trust what I was being told & never felt lied to or ripped off. That is no longer the case on all accounts. I used to refer all my female friends here, but don't feel so confident to do so anymore.
I have been bringing my 2010 Ford Focus to Tire Choice for the last 2 years and have been very satified with all the work that has been needed to be done on my car. The staff is professional and very helpful.
On the phone they told me I would get some complimentary - point check and brake check, but it was not mentioned to me and I did not remember to as, because I was too tired after working the night shift.
I purchased four Ohtsu FP 7000 tires, which were needed for my vehicle. They started installing them right away, even though I didn't have an appointment. Although I don't know much about the brand, the car does drive more smoothly now, and I made a long distance trip with no problems.
Great place. I only trust these guys with my car. I know I won't be overcharged and I am confident that I am given all of my options. I have been going to this location for years even though I live in Clearwater.
Excellent service , they do tires , brakes , oil changes , staff super friendly and very clean store not something you would expect from an auto shop !
Always a pleasant experience. What I really like about these guys is that I only get the service my car needs. They aren't salesmen trying to sell me something my vehicles don't need. It's always hard to find a mechanic you trust, but I take both my vehicles to Kevin and his crew. They are honest, trustworthy and always provide a great experience.
This place is awesome! Great customer service (which is a rarity in South Florida). I came to get a tire patched but while waiting I overheard Floyd (who I believe is the manager) helping various guests, and in one particular case was so helpful to a family in need by extending various discounts and changing around parts. Floyd is the one that helped me and he definitely deserves a raise! Stand-up gentleman!
Ever since I've used Tire Choice I will always come in to have my car serviced and could not add anything bad about the service or the way the staff take care of things.
The A/C in my car suddenly started blowing hot air. There was no option other than to get it fixed...and fast. But where could I take it, as my mechanic recently moved out of state. I had stopped in to have my oil changed at Tire Choice several times in the past and they were friendly, efficient, etc; and I just had a good feeling about them. Took my car there and to make long story short, I found my new mechanic! I was extremely satisfied with the service (including the price!) and would recommend them highly.
Cannot say enough! Nobody likes a flat or slow leak and although they didn't take my tire insurance I am 100% glad I went there! They took my car immediately and said it would be 45 minutes. I went for a quick tan at Rayz tanning Salon and by the time I was back it was done. At a very very reasonable price. They charged 1/2 what a dealership charged my insurance company. I may not even submit to insurance as the price was sooo reasonable. GO there!
I trust them to take care of my car and trust is important. I believe they have top notch mechanics who do the job right. I like it that they prioritize what's wrong and give me options of what really needs fixed and they dont try to sell me everything they can think of

Put on 2014 Sonata Limited 2.4. Never thought I would buy Goodyear again, let alone extol their value, but after 20K miles, they have worn little and have outstanding winter snow traction and run like gazelles in the rain. And best was installation by Mr. Tire in Brunswick. Adam and crew are fantastic. Only bad thing is they don't do nitrogen in tires. Have to go to dealer to get that, but it is worth it. Never fill tires. it really is worth a few bucks with aluminum wheels not to have to put air in every month.
I am very happy now I have these, Michelin Defender are the way to go.
Goes Great in the winter and on wet roads. And it is studdable for added traction. Will. Buy this tire again.
The feel and the handle of these tires feel amazing compared to what I previously had (not Goodyear). Taking tighter turns and not worrying about slipping especially on roads you're not expecting it brings much comfort as I drive a lot of state highways in the Midwest. I would recommend but not necessarily for the overly aggressive driver.
Great tires, great value. They wear so much better than much more expensive tires.
Tires have been very smooth so far and really good traction in wet and dry conditions. Only have around 5000 miles on them so far but hoping for a long life out of them!
My vehicle came off the lot with Michelin tires, and I worked near a Michelin plant for many years (even in one briefly), so I was a fairly loyal Michelin customer for many years, in spite of the fact that their tires never got anywhere hear the warrantied 80K miles. I do drive an SUV, so I wasn't expecting exactly 80K miles, but I was getting more like 45K miles, which isn't great! Eventually, I moved to a different state where the Michelin deals weren't as plentiful, and the next time I needed tires, I was more open-minded about other brands. The gentleman at Treadquarters swore I'd be much happier with Yokohama tires. Since he sold Michlins that were similar in price to the Yoko tires he was recommending, I figured he was telling the truth and not just giving me some line to try to sell tires, and I decided to give them a try. So glad I did. I'd never run anything but Michelins on the vehicle, so I had no idea the cabin could be so much less overrun by tire noise! I could actually hear the radio without turning it way up! And the Yoko wear has been much better than the Michelins! I still didn't get the full 80K, but I got a lot closer (70K). My vehicle is up to 215K miles now, and I'm on the 2nd full set of Yoko tires. If the vehicles makes it, I'll buy a third set! I definitely recommend them!
Great tire. Good value. Thanks
GREAT SERVICE FROM MR. TIRE IN MOREHEAD CITY,NC JOHN Z
Tires are good but too expensive.
Purchased on the recommendation of Steve, the store manager in Morehead City. I go through tires on my corvette. These have held up well and were a fair price.
The Glenmont Monro store staff are always great. We highly recommend this store and these staff members.
With the amount of mileage I put on the car, I need all season radials with a minimum of 40 K warranty.
I've been riding on Goodyear tires for 20+ years and have never had any issues with them.
